Learning with Passion and Purpose

It is believed that everyone has ikigai which can be found through your passion in life. Ikigai is a Japanese concept meaning one's purpose in life. If you find yours, it is said that you can live a long and prosperous life and will be well on your way to enjoying your ikigai.

We often talk about this concept in our studios especially with the older Learners and many challenges throughout the school year call for them to find this. It could be a simple hobby or something much bigger and some are even fortunate enough to make a lifelong profession from it.

This Session, our Learners have been exploring passion projects. Something they've been interested in learning more about or have been too scared to try before but are ready to dive into now. As an essential part of ikigai is a passion in life or what one loves to do. What is your passion in life? What do you live for? They are slowly but surely finding the answers to these questions and are well on their way to enjoying their ikigai one day.
