Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your child's participation less than 7 days before it is scheduled to take place, you will be responsible for the fee of the entire session. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 7 days prior to your appointment. No refunds are issued once your child has participated.
